    Honestly I was disappointed.

    Chocolate was delicious but...

The picture shows nice shiny chunks of chocolate.

The description says "bite size pieces".

What arrived was big chunks of somewhat gray dusty chocolate way too big to easily "snack" on.

Clearly left overs from making specialty molds.

I ended up melted and tempering nearly the whole pound, poured it into a pan to set and scored it into more snack size pieces.

I probably won't buy this again unless I'm making my own truffles.

Maybe the chocolate drops, which are more expensive, would be a better option
