We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Once your order arrives, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item, simply let us know so we can arrange for a replacement. If your product arrived damaged, we will send a return authorization and we will replace your shipment free of charge.  For in-store purchases, please return the unused portion for a replacement or exchange. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Be sure to include a letter explaining your concern and indicate whether you'd like us to issue a replacement, credit or refund. Please include the shipping label from your package for identification purposes.


*For international shipments, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit for chocolate that may be damaged or delayed by International Customs. Please take this into consideration before placing international orders.
