We offer year-round shipping and work hard to ensure that your chocolates are delivered fresh and in good condition. We offer ground and express shipping options to most destinations in the United States. When the weather is warm, we only offer express options to minimize time in transit. Once your package is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can follow your order and confirm its delivery. Every package is treated like a gift, so our products and packages do not include prices.
Delivery Guarantees: Due to COVID, all US shipping carriers are not currently guaranteeing delivery dates. All delivery times are estimates, regardless of the service you choose. Please take this into consideration when ordering chocolates ahead of an event and allow for extra time in transit, just in case of a delay. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for packages that are delayed in transit. We use FedEx to ship to most destinations in the United States. FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. BOXES. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours unless a future ship date is requested. During holidays, such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas, it may take us a few extra days to get your order ready. Your chocolates may be in transit for up to 7 Business Days, depending on the destination shipping service selected. Please keep in mind that business days do not include holidays or weekends. Shipping rates are calculated by the location and size of the package. As we are a small business, our rates are quoted directly to you by FedEx.
Next Business Day: Orders placed before 1 pm will ship the same day and should be delivered the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
Saturday Delivery: This is a premium service offered by FedEx for packages that need to be delivered on the weekend. Orders must be placed by 1 pm on that Friday.
Express: Once your order is shipped, it should be delivered within 2 - 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) [does not include processing time]. For warmer destinations, please see more information below.
Ground Shipping: Expect up to 7 business days in transit (does not include processing time).

A Cold Pack is a valuable tool to ensure that your chocolates arrive safely in warm weather.
Please check the weather in your/your recipient’s area prior to completing your order and refer to the transit map above:
Cold Pack orders to destinations within our 1–2-day zones are only shipped Monday – Thursday.
Cold Pack orders to destinations outside the 1–2-day zones are only shipped Monday – Wednesday.
If the temperature is above 75 degrees Fahrenheit during the week following your order, we advise adding a Cold Pack to your order. Shipments to the West Coast and warm climate states (such as Florida and New Mexico) with a Cold Pack must use Express Shipping. This method is necessary for the ice to remain cool. If temperatures are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we will hold your order for shipping until the weather cools down.
Please Note: We are not responsible for orders that arrive melted if the Cold Pack option was not selected.
Same-Day Delivery with Hand Couriers
If you are looking to have chocolates for same-day delivery in New York City, you can order from one of our delivery partners for fast, reliable service. We partner with several professional delivery services including Uber Eats, Mercato, DoorDash, shopIN.nyc, and Postmates. Someone must be available to receive the delivery when it arrives, otherwise your package will be returned, and a re-delivery fee will apply. To place an order for same-day delivery, please order directly through our partner sites. If you are experiencing any issues with your same-day delivery order, please contact the partner directly.
We ship worldwide via USPS Priority and Express Mail International. Depending on the destination, most packages will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Because all packages are subject to International Customs, there is no delivery time available for international shipments. Deliveries can sometimes take several weeks or months. For International parcels, the recipient will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the importing country (which are collected C.O.D. upon delivery). If you are sending a gift overseas, please take these factors into consideration. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for international parcels once they leave our facility. We are also unable to offer refunds for chocolate that is lost, damaged, or delayed by International Customs or the local country's delivery service.
Standard Delivery Procedure
No Signature Required
All orders are shipped "No Signature Required".
If you are not available to accept the package, it will be left at your address as per FedEx policy.
If you are sending a gift and the recipient is not available to accept the package, it will also be left at their address as per FedEx policy.
If you need the "Signature Required' service, please call and we can add that on to your order for an additional $15.00. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after FedEx has completed the delivery.
Please Note: FedEx is not required to contact you once your order has been delivered so please keep track of your order using the tracking number and link provided by us after your order has shipped.
Three Delivery Attempts
If the package cannot be left at the residential doorstep and no one is available to accept it, FedEx will make a total of 3 attempts to re-deliver the shipment. FedEx may also contact the customer using the phone number provided to make delivery arrangements. After 3 attempts, if the package cannot be delivered it will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee will be charged to re-send the shipment. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds for packages that are returned.
Our website uses real-time address verification during the checkout process. When you enter a shipping address, our address verification system checks the information using the USPS address matching system. If there is no match, it displays an alternative verified shipping address. The system will prompt you to review the address before the order is completed.
If you need an address correction after your order has shipped, we can submit a request to FedEx for an additional $17.00. Address corrections are time sensitive so please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
If FedEx finds that your address needs to be corrected, you will be charged $17.00 using the same credit card you placed your order with. We will send you an email if that occurs. By using our shipping services, you agree to this charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for delays experienced by shipping carriers due to bad weather, high volume, and/or other unforeseen issues. We are unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
New York State sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to addresses within New York State. Sales tax applies to merchandise as well as to shipping charges. Sales tax on shipping is non-refundable.
