- Weather permitting, Li-Lac Chocolates offers the following
options for shipping: Overnight, 2nd Day and Ground service.
- In the summer, all orders are shipped Overnight with an ice
pack. We will continue this method until we feel the climate
has cooled enough to ship our chocolates without the risk of
melting.
- Throughout the year, any order being shipped to states with
warm climates, such as Arizona, Florida, Texas and southern
parts of California, must be shipped Overnight with an ice pack.
- We do not recommend shipping international orders during the
summer. International express shipping takes a minimum of 72
hours for delivery.
- We cannot ship to APO or PO boxes.
- Saturday delivery is only available for Overnight deliveries
shipped on Friday, and is an additional $15.00.
- For all orders, we must have your correct phone number so
that we are able to contact you should we have any questions.
- To ensure the freshness of our product, all of our confections
are made on a daily basis, and in small batches. Therefore,
it is possible that we may not have a specific item in stock.
Should this occur, we will contact you if there will be a delay
with your shipment.
