Terms and Conditions
of Mail Order with Li-Lac Chocolates

1. Shipping method must be selected based upon the forecasted weather for the city of destination. If the temperature is forecasted to be higher than 68 degrees Fahrenheit, overnight shipping must be selected.
   
   
2. Overnight shipping on a Friday is available to cool climates; however the shipment will not arrive until the next business day (Monday).
   
   
3. Overnight shipping on a Friday is not available to warm climates. The shipment will be processed the following Monday arriving on Tuesday.
   
   
4. During the summer months, all orders require overnight shipping. We will pack the order with an ice pack to prevent the risk of melting.
   
   
5. We cannot ship to APO or PO boxes.
   
   
6. Saturday delivery is only available for Overnight deliveries shipped on Friday, and is an additional $15.00. If you wish for an order to be delivered on a Saturday, please give us a call.
   
   
7. Throughout the year, any order being shipped to states with warm climates, including but not limited to Arizona, southern California, Florida, or Texas, must be shipped overnight with an ice pack.
   
   
8. Orders received after 12:00P.M. Eastern Time may not be processed until the following day.
   
   
9. To ensure the freshness of our product, all of our confections are made on a daily basis, and in small batches. Therefore, it is possible that we may not have a specific item in stock. Should this occur, we will contact by phone or email if there will be a delay in your shipment.
   
   
10. Customers whose orders are received from any location outside the United States will be contacted by email only should any problem arise with your order.
    
    
11. For all orders, we must have your correct phone number and email address so that we are able to contact you should we have any questions.
